Making A Credit Card Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We process our payments through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will be asked to register. We have chosen Paypal as it helps us keep the costs of the products we sell down. This is a new shop so we are open to any suggestions or comments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

If you do decide to make a purchase using your credit or debit card the name that will appear on your statement as "PAYPAL *ROBIN SCOTT".

Mail Order Service: If you do not wish to pay online with your credit card, we do offer a mail order service. Send us cash (UK Sterling only please), cheque, or IMO (International Money Order) to our mailorder address. For the full address, please send an email to orders@robinscott.org where we can give you details on how payment can be made. All cheques must be made payable to "ALIAS M".

Shipping And Handling: We recognise that you do not wish to pay any hidden costs. That's why we are only charging you for the product you buy. We will pay all packaging & shipping costs throughout the world. Therefore, the price shown is all you pay, making it easier and just as importantly cheaper for you to shop on-line with us.

Delivery Schedule: We try to deliver your order right away. Please allow up to 28 days for International orders.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If you wish to cancel your order, email us at orders@robinscott.org.
